So for those of you who are doing the 30 Day Plank Challenge with me, we are a little big past the half way mark! It’s been pretty awesome so far.
Yesterday my boyfriend and I did our first 2 minute plank! It was pretty hard but felt so good. My hands were soaking wet with sweat. It’s the longest plank we have ever done so that was exciting! We are on track as of now and it’s cool to see your fitness change so quickly and to see how you can push yourself past what you think is your limit.
