New Year Cardio Challenge
I absolutely loved the 30 Day Fitness Challenge! I am so happy I found that website. It’s been a really great way for me to work out at home on my own time. Let’s start off the new year right and work out! Happy 2015!!
30 Day Burpee Challenge
100 Burpees by the end of the month? Sure. Why not?
This officially wraps up an entire year of working out almost everyday (with rest days.) How amazing do you feel?!
I have so enjoyed the 30 Day Fitness Challenges. Looking forward to finishing the last challenge for the year. For those of you who have done it along with me, I’d love to hear your thoughts about it and how you feel your fitness has changed or improved.
30 Day Wall Sit Challenge
The wall sit is one of my favorite exercises. You can really feel it burning and you can see and feel your knees shaking. I think it’s a great workout, and I’m excited to take this challenge on this month.
Just in case any wants a picture of a wall sit here ya go. Remember to maintain the 90 degree angle the entire time.

30 Day Butt Challenge
Can you believe it’s already October? Let’s continue our 30 Day Fitness Challenge with this butt workout.

30 Day Lunge Challenge
The 30 Day Fitness Challenge website says that for this challenge, “You can do this challenge in 2 different ways, you can count each leg lunge as 1 lunge, or you can can count both leg lunges as 1 total lunge depending on how easy you find the challenge.”
30 Day Tricep Dip Challenge
Let’s switch gears from core exercises and work on our arms again with the tricep dip challenge. 100 tricep dips here we come!
30 Day Beach Body Challenge
The summer months are officially upon us. So let’s really turn it up a notch. Let’s get the beach bodies we all want. We have to work at it and unlike some of the other 30 Day Fitness Challenges, this one has no rest days. So prepare yourself and let’s do it!
30 Day Arms Challenge
May means the start of summer and hopefully that means beach time for you, if not in May definitely sometime this summer. So let’s get working. The 30 Day Fitness Challenge is focused on arms.
